missingWrote a review on Jan 13cozy mobile homelive musiclimited toiletries
We spent 3 nights in a lovely mobile home and loved the cozy feel of our stay, especially with the fantastic heated bathroom and essentials like a microwave and kettle. Plus, it was great to unwind with some live music at the bar and enjoy peaceful nights, even though the outdoor area got a bit lively at times. Just a heads up, consider bringing your own toiletries as they weren't fully stocked, but overall, we can't wait to return next year! 😊

the staff were super friendly and helped us a lot. they upgraded us to a lodge when there was an issue with our caravan, which was cozy and stunning. the area is just beautifull with wild rabbits n a lovely lake. my son loved watchin the trains go by, they werent too loud tho. left an item behind and they even helped return it, they really go that extra mile!
just a couple of small things, the weather wasn't great and the trains could be a lil annoying at night for some people, but we got used to it.

The caravan was clean, but noisy due to the nearby pub.

missingWrote a review on Nov 07beautiful locationdog-friendly accommodationlack of activity information
We had a lovely stay surrounded by beautiful hills and woods. Perfect for morning walks with our dog, and the little home had everything we needed for cooking family meals, which was a bonus, especially with the fluffy towels.
My children wanted more information on kids' activities.

We had a great time with friends! The first day, we visited the local loch for a scenic walk, and another day we explored some gorgeous trails nearby. The caravan was clean and spacious. Just a heads up, the on-site shop closes earlier than expected, so plan ahead for snacks!
One time at the bar, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. It made for a bit of an awkward situation when trying to order. Hopefully, they get more help on busy nights.

Beautiful Scenery with Potential
The views of the hills were stunning, creating a perfect backdrop for our stay. Although the amenities need significant upgrades, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made our visit enjoyable. For campers, watch out for the sloping grounds. Bringing your own supplies helps enhance the experience.

I visited during my recent stay and found the staff quite friendly and approachable. The food was notably excellent at the onsite bar. The desserts were particularly appealing, with a chef who was willing to customize meals for preferences. You can find simple walks by the pond, which I enjoyed during my afternoons.
I experienced some noise from a nearby railway that became noticeable after a while. The maintenance of the facilities does need attention, particularly in the toilet areas.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
